<\/a><\/p>\nSo I picked up some Valentine’s M&Ms at the store and we made our own last night. I gave him two recipes to choose from and he picked this one. They are delicious.<\/p>\n
This morning the boys had a Home Depot workshop. I didn’t get any pictures of the actual building\u00a0(Maggie was entertaining herself in the cart with my phone and it was better that I kept an eye on them while the hammering was happening).<\/p>\n Adam did a great job\u00a0and built\u00a0almost the entire thing by himself. I only had to start a couple of nails for him.<\/p>\n Luke did really well too (he only hit my thumb once) and I was amazed that he didn’t get any paint on his clothes.<\/p>\n They were pretty proud of their finished projects. We\u00a0have them in the garage right now (Luke’s especially had some pretty big paint globs), and\u00a0I can’t wait to inspect them with the boys tomorrow.<\/p>\n After Home Depot, we went back to the house to regroup and clean up before Adam’s basketball game.<\/p>\n Maggie wore her sassy pants and tried to run onto the court – twice.<\/p>\n Adam had a good game. He did a nice job dribbling the ball and had a lot of fun.<\/p>\n Adam mentioned last week that they sometimes have M&M cookies in the cafeteria at school. I told him it was okay with me if he bought one for a special treat during lunch.
