Annie’s 1st Birthday
I posted some pictures from Annie’s 1 year check up and her birthday photos, but not any from her actual birthday. So here you go, our adorable Anne Girl celebrating her big day!
She got her own little cake.
And there was a second cake for the rest of us.
Annie wasn’t sure about it at first, but it didn’t take her long to dig in.
I still can’t believe my sweet Annie is one already!
Cow Appreciation Day
Tuesday was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A.
They gave out free chicken to everyone that dressed up like a cow. So, we decided to stop in for dinner before Adam’s baseball game.
With white shirts, black duck tape, and the legwarmers from Maggie’s first Halloween, and the kids were transformed into some pretty cute cows.
When it was all said and done it cost us $8 for a super fun dinner – can’t beat that.
Annie enjoyed a bunch of fries at the restaurant and then topped off her meal with some baby food during Adam’s game.
We will definitely be celebrating Cow Appreciation Day again next year.

More From Our Week
Adam had a doctor’s appointment and we ran into two service animals in the lobby. I’ve seen therapy dogs and bunnies before, but this was a new one.
On our way home we stopped to pick up some groceries. The cashier let Adam come behind the counter and scan all our items. He loved it.
Annie is walking all over the place now.
More pool time!
We spent four hours at baseball today. Both boys had good games.
Maggie asked to be twins again this morning.
