My parents’ have the best front porch. My dad built a gate to go across the front of it, so the little ones are safely (and easily) contained. The kids love sitting out there, watching the cars go by, looking at the wildlife (squirrels, chipmunks, birds, the neighbor’s cat, and the dogs that walk past), and playing.<\/p>\n

My mom and dad keep a wagon full of legos on the porch and the\u00a0children\u00a0all love building with them. Well, my nephew prefers to throw\u00a0them over the gate, but we’re working on that.<\/p>\n
