I had planned on making them for the boys for Christmas, but that didn&#8217;t happen. They really didn&#8217;t take much time at all once I finally got started.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_101843.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7315\" alt=\"20140325_101843\" src=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_101843-200x300.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_101843-200x300.jpg 200w, http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_101843.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The pattern called for the capes to be lined, so I made them reversible. Adam&#8217;s is green on \u00a0one side, with a &#8220;Super Adam&#8221; logo on it, and black with a Batman symbol on the other.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_102256.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7316\" alt=\"20140325_102256\" src=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_102256-200x300.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_102256-200x300.jpg 200w, http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_102256.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Luke&#8217;s is red on the &#8220;Super Luke&#8221; side, and blue with a Superman &#8220;S&#8221; on the other.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_102937.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7317\" alt=\"20140325_102937\" src=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_102937-200x300.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_102937-200x300.jpg 200w, http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_102937.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Adam prefers the Batman side, because Batman is a real superhero.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_103432.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7318\" alt=\"20140325_103432\" src=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_103432-200x300.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_103432-200x300.jpg 200w, http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/20140325_103432.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>But not me, I&#8217;d take Super Adam over Batman any day of the week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lately Luke has been pretending to be a superhero, so I finally made myself sit down and finish some capes for him and Adam.
