So last night after a quick trip to the dollar store I was prepared with a craft for the two of us today. I picked up a pack of chenille stems (apparently the term &#8220;pipe cleaner&#8221; isn&#8217;t politically correct anymore) and a bag of 125 googly eyes (we&#8217;ll be making 62 regular faces and 1 cyclops).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_7149.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2819\" title=\"IMG_7149\" src=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_7149.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"288\" height=\"288\" srcset=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_7149.jpg 600w, http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_7149-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_7149-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 288px) 100vw, 288px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Add in a paper plate, some glue, and a black crayon and we were all set.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_7161.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2820\" title=\"IMG_7161\" src=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_7161.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"432\" height=\"288\" srcset=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_7161.jpg 900w, http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_7161-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/a>I think Adam&#8217;s favorite part was lining up the googly eyes and playing with the pipe cleaners. He was pretty pleased with the end result though and we sang a lot of &#8220;Itsy Bitsy Spider&#8221; today.
