Adam can use them for number recognition, learning colors, stacking, or throwing at Dave. When he is a little older we can sneak in some basic math as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/2011-07-27_21-32-33_572.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2536\" title=\"2011-07-27_21-32-33_572\" src=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/2011-07-27_21-32-33_572.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"252\" height=\"378\" srcset=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/2011-07-27_21-32-33_572.jpg 600w, http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/2011-07-27_21-32-33_572-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 252px) 100vw, 252px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">They are about 4 inches square and other than the muslin for the front and the beans (navy beans if you&#8217;re curious) I was able to use all supplies I had on hand. The purple on the #7 beanbag is leftover from a quilt Stacy and I made years ago and the orange #2 fabric was also used on <a href=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/?p=2045\" target=\"_blank\">Luke&#8217;s farm quilt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It was a fun, quick project and I&#8217;m pleased with how they turned out. Dave wants me to do the alphabet now.
