Oh, deer, oh, deerie, deerie, deer!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After the cries of &#8220;mama&#8221; woke me up this morning (admittedly earlier than I would have liked) this is what I found.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/2011-04-06_07-03-57_89.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1835\" title=\"2011-04-06_07-03-57_89\" src=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/2011-04-06_07-03-57_89.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/2011-04-06_07-03-57_89.jpg 750w, http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/2011-04-06_07-03-57_89-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">His smiling face and contagious good mood almost made me forget about how cozy my bed had been &#8211; almost.\u00a0 Pretty sure I&#8217;ll be napping when he naps later.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We were snuggling in the chair downstairs when I saw some movement out of the corner of my eye.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_5667.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1836\" title=\"IMG_5667\" src=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_5667.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_5667.jpg 500w, http:\/\/grimmfamilytales.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_5667-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I was able to sneak the shade open, but the deer (there were two) didn&#8217;t stay long after that. I am guessing they were spooked by the neighbors leaving for work.
