Seriously, this kid gets cuter every single day.

He had a doctor’s appointment today – just a weight check.  He’s gained 6 ounces in the last nine days and is back up to 7 pounds 10 ounces – not quite back to his birth weight, but the doctor was pleased with his progress (Dave likened it to gaining a nice sized hamburger).

I don’t want to jinx it, but he’s such a good baby.  He only complains if he’s hungry or needs a diaper change and once you fix what’s bothering him he quiets right down. Last night he slept from midnight until 5 am.  He was up from 5 until 6, and then slept again until after 9.

He’s starting to be awake more during the day and loves to look around. Earlier Adam showed his favorite dinosaur book to Luke.

Right after this picture was taken he tried to share a little too much and actually set the book on top of Luke. Poor Luke was not impressed – apparently he’s not as in to dinosaurs as his big brother. It was nice of Adam to share though – however there is a chance it all might have been an evil plot just to get me to pick up Luke so Adam could steal his seat.
