Kidspeak

Adam’s class will be going on a field trip to what he calls “the philharmonica”. Adam also calls “cliffhangers”, “cliff-marks”.

Luke calls buttons “dots” and zippers “ziplines”.

Maggie’s use of the word “me”:

  • “Hungry me” = I would like something to eat
  • “Up me” = I would like you to pick me up
  • “Jammie me” = I would like some pajamas

It’s pretty versatile for Maggie. It’s even better when she wants to really get her point across and says things like, “Water me you”.

I love it all.
